Minden folyamat egyéni és amennyire kell, személyre szabott, így pontosan nem lehet megmondani, milyen hosszú lesz. Eddigi tapasztalataim alapján egy alapos és jól körbejárt eredmény eléréséhez általában 8-10 alkalomra van szükség.

Szakmai múltamat a LinkedIn profilom foglalja részletesen össze, illetve itt is írtam magamról egy rövid összefoglalót. Itt most abba szeretnék betekintést adni, hogyan érkezett meg a coaching az én életembe.

Amit mindehhez hozzá szeretnék tenni. Szakmai életemet nagyjából 2005 őszétől lehet értelmezni. Utólag visszagondolva nagyon korán, már két évvel később meg is kaptam életem első vezetői szerepét. Nem volt könnyű, de azt hiszem a szerencse mellém állt. Néhány év múlva egy nagyon jó munkahely váltás után egyre nagyobb és összetettebb vezetői feladatokat kaptam. Nagyobb csapatot, nagyobb felelősséget, új és új területeken kaptam lehetőséget arra hogy tanuljak és megálljam a helyemet. Ez a folyamat azt gondolom mind a mai napig tart, bár ma már nem ugyanazt tekintem a szakmai haladás és fejlődés indikátorának mint 10 évvel ezelőtt.

ami a legjobb volt az egészben az a közönség és az emberek vezetése. amivel introvertáltként időről időre alaposan meg kellett küzdenem magamban. Sokszor éreztem magam fehér hollónak a coaching-típusú vezetői megközelítésem miatt, ami nálam ösztönből jött. Igazából a fogalmat is csak utólag találtam meg magamnak, amikor már komolyabban foglalkoztam ezekkel a dolgokkal

vezetőként egy másik ívet is sikerült végig járnom. bármennyire látszott is úgy hogy egyre jobban boldogulok a céges, multi környezetben egyrészt saját alaptermészetem, személyiségem, önismereti problémáim és hiányosságaim az egyre növekvő stressz és néhány fogódzó megváltozása miatt alattomosan épült bennem valami, ami egyszercsak látványosan előtört. Pánikrohamokkal és elhúzódó depresszióval járó kiégett állapotba kerültem. Bejártam hát az ívet.

Nagyon nehéz időszak volt, ami szerencsére nem tartott sokáig, és új fejezetet nyitott az életemben. Annak felismerése hogy nem vagyok golyóálló, nem vagyok gép.

Segítséget kértem és szerencsére kaptam is, de rájöttem hogy a megoldás kulcsa én vagyok, és ezt a munkát nem várhatom el senki mástól. Szembe néztem a dolgokkal, elemeztem a helyzetet, és nekifogtam egy önismereti útnak, hogy jobban szeressem magamat is. Nagyon sokat foglalkoztam az önismeretemmel, a határaimmal, önmagam elfogadásával. Sokat fordítottam arra hogy a saját érdekemben fejlesszem magamat, amivel visszanyerem a magabizotsságomat amivel tudatosabb leszek, nem leszek kitéve a félelmeimnek. Mérföldkő volt számomra hogy megismeredtem a coaching-gal, a tréneri munkával és hogy mertem előállni azzal, hogy segítő szerepet vállaljak. Elfogadtam magam. Érdekes ma visszanézni, hogy a nehézségek és a válságok is lehetőségek a megújulásra

 

Az életemben és a munkámban egyaránt a tudatosságot és a felelősségvállalást érzem. aZt hogy ne másokat és a rendszert hibáztassuk, erősítsük meg magunkat, legyünk stabilak, tudjuk a toxikus helyzeteket otthagyni
